alrights this is going to be a quick one.. went to jumbo and had a feast there today and boy was their duck awesome. it tasted great and not forgetting to mention their fried rice, it was yet another awesome dish to pounce on. the brocolli + scallop was a rip off. it was as good as eating gold. a small plate of around the size of the usual primary school canteen plate costs us $20. my dad was saying about his experience with an Ang Moh's first time experience with our local favourite breakfast meal, the Nasi Lemak. i tell you it was the joke of the day. as all singaporeans should know, Nasi Lemak is usually wrapped in banana leaf right? so as it was the first time the Ang Moh ate Nasi Lemak, he innocently mistook the banana leaf as salad and probaly mistook it as salad because of the cucumber LOLs. i don't really blame him for his stupidity because salad in the euporean countries are eaten raw so im not surprised that he mistook the banana leaf as a vegetable. and of course my dad and his colleagues stopped him from eating it any further and told him that the leaf was not meant for consumption and he would probaly be dumbfounded if he ever realised what he was eating :X

yea so had a great time chatting with my family and all and well they are treating me more like an adult ever since i entered poly. many more events took place today but wells, lardy to write them all out hahas. nothing really interesting anyway. going to make a trip down to sim lim square with my sis tomorrow =\
